How do I place an order for Promotional Products?


Since we offer thousands of customized products, please email us with any project inquiries. We are able to fulfill your needs whether it be custom decorated pens or trade show hand outs. It's as easy as emailing us at promo@thirstyrhino.com




What is normal production time for promotional products?


Everything is made to order, so once your order has been confirmed, standard production time for your order is about 5-7 business days. Keep in mind shipping time will also add 2-4 business days. If you need something sooner, please let us know and we will work around your event date.




How do I place an order on Etsy?


Easy! Just go to our Etsy Shop and add to cart whatever product you like. If you see something, and want it customized, just message us on Etsy and we'll reply as soon as possible!




Can I will call my order?


Will call is available for all Promotional Products orders. Our office is located in Walnut, CA. Please reach out to us and we can schedule and arrange for your order to be will called.




What is your return policy?


All of our products are customized and made to order. Please finalize all your requests during the proofing phase. Once your order goes to production, changes are unable to be made. All decorated and imprinted merchandise cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order though, please feel free to reach out to us at promos@thirstyrhino.com and we will do everything within our abilities to make it right.
