We aim to produce, decorate, and package all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.

We do our absolute best to meet these shipping estimates, but actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method purchased with your order, carrier capacity, and peak seasons.
Total turnaround time is production time + shipping transit time. On average our orders arrive to you one week after your order is placed.
RUSH SHIPPING
If you need your order to arrive sooner than 5 business days, you will need to purchase rush shipping. We offer Fedex Express Overnight, Fedex Express 2 Day, Priority Mail Express, and Priority Mail.
Please e-mail us directly with your order # and needed in-hands date for rush shipping quotations. We will work with you to get your items delivered on time.
During peak holiday seasons we recommend purchasing rush shipping or ordering early as carriers become very busy and unexpected delays are possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are estimated at checkout if ordering directly online. For orders placed through e-mail, we will provide the estimated shipping costs with your sales order confirmation.

Standard orders ship via USPS First Class or FedEx Ground.

Please submit the correct shipping address to us when placing your order. Packages lost or returned to us due to invalid shipping addresses submitted with the order are not eligible for refunds.
