We strive for you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there is an issue, please contact us
as soon as possible so we can help you resolve it! We’ll take care of you and make it right. 


You may return or exchange any items that are damaged, defective, have errors, discrepancies,
or is the incorrect item. Please contact us right away so we can arrange for an immediate replacement. 

Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.
Thirsty Rhino will honor returns within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Any returned items must be received by Thirsty Rhino within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. We only accept returned items in their original condition and product packaging. We recommend insuring your return shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Any returns not meeting these conditions will be returned to the sender.

Once we receive your returned items a refund will be issued back to the purchasing credit card or method of payment for merchandise value and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund unless the return is a result of our error. 


Please note the following would make an order not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

•    used items

•    items damaged through normal wear and tear

•    items not returned in original condition and product packaging 

•    orders past 30 days of the original purchase date

•    shipping charges for returns that are not a result of our error

•    items personalized, custom made, or decorated to match customer specifications


To start a return please contact us at with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and a photo documenting the issue. For orders with multiple items, please include which item(s) had issues and which did not. We will review your e-mail and reply to you with instructions on the next steps.


Non-customized orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before shipping, once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.


Customized orders may be changed during the proofing process before the order is sent to production. Once an order goes to production changes and cancellations are no longer able to be processed.
